Vince oversees a team of more than 150 seasoned professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, and estimators, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results at every stage. His hands-on approach has shaped Taconic into a highly efficient, respected organization that continues to attract top-tier talent and deliver work of exceptional quality.

A native of Grand Bahama, Willis has spent his entire career in the construction industry, bringing unparalleled local expertise and insight to every project. His deep understanding of building across the islands of the Bahamas makes him an indispensable part of our team.

Willis plays a central role in identifying and coordinating skilled local personnel and resources, ensuring each project benefits from both regional knowledge and high standards of craftsmanship. With more than 20 years of global experience in both commercial and residential construction, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project. Over the past five years, he has focused his efforts in the Bahamas, where he oversees all facets of construction operations with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
